These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of williamgarayjr.com (the “Site”) and the coaching, group, and workshop services offered by Garay Marketing LLC, doing business as Exhort Leadership (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site, submitting a form, or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide leadership coaching, the Goal-Getter Group mastermind, and related workshops and content. Program details, pricing, and schedules are provided at the time of enrollment and may be updated from time to time.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Coaching and group programs are educational and developmental in nature. We do not guarantee any specific personal, professional, or financial outcome. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances.
3. Payments and Billing
Fees for paid programs (including the Goal-Getter Group monthly membership) are due as stated at enrollment. Memberships renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting us; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By submitting a form on this Site and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Garay Marketing LLC (Exhort Leadership) about your application, scheduling, and program updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
5. Intellectual Property
All Site content, program materials, and frameworks are owned by Garay Marketing LLC or its licensors and are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute them without written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Site and services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garay Marketing LLC disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
