William Garay Jr. is a leadership coach, keynote speaker, and founder of Exhort Leadership. With over 13 years of US Army service, he brings a disciplined yet compassionate approach to helping leaders grow — the kind of leadership that was forged carrying real responsibility for real people.
He's known for his ability to connect, challenge, and guide others through coaching, keynotes, workshops, and mastermind groups. You'll find him deeply rooted in the Pearland community — at Chamber of Commerce events, local business gatherings, and anywhere leaders are being built.
Beyond the work, William is a proud husband to Jessica and a father of four. When he's not coaching leaders, he's with his family and their loyal dog, Grace.
